Proficient in all aspects of Software Product Development with over 15 years of experience, he is a hands-on Delivery Manager implementing successful products while working within budgetary constraints. Using a Specification by Example (SBE) approach when defining requirements aids Utkarsh in bridging the gap between defining customer requirements and realizing those product goals. This enables a project team to quickly implement features that are right for the product. Working with clients to correctly define project goals, track project milestones and deliverables within the Agile/SCRUM methodology ensures that clients experience continuous integration and delivery of desired project results.
