Dishant Shah

Dishant Shah began their career in 2012 as a Trainee at Cybage, where they learnt about Networks, Systems and Security and implemented LDAP and Active Directory Server with FSMO roles. Dishant also configured CISCO Network Switches with VLANs for secure computing. In 2014, they took on an Internship at Samsung, where they developed the S-Voice for Car UX Platform to interface the Car and Phone and analysed real time driving behaviour regarding Speed, Acceleration and Turns using the GPS, Accelerometer and Gyroscope. In 2015, they were an Intern at Citrus Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they conducted Security Audits and Penetration Testing on the Infrastructure, Web and Mobile Application and worked with developers to patch the vulnerabilities. In 2011, they were a Director at Vyoma Graphics. Finally, in 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Spherical Defense, where they applied representation learning to the problem of application-level anomaly and intrusion detection. Dishant'sgoal was to address three customer pain points, specifically: alert fatigue, low visibility and the high maintenance costs associated with existing application-level security systems.

Dishant Shah attended St Marys School,Pune from 1999 to 2009. Dishant then moved on to Fergusson College from 2009 to 2011. After that, Dishant Shah completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 2011 to 2015. Dishant then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Cyber Security (Information Security) from UCL from 2015 to 2016.
