AnaLisa Valle

AnaLisa Valle is a seasoned legal professional with over 17 years of experience. AnaLisa began their career as a Summer Associate at Sherman & Howard in 2001 and 2002, where they received a variety of assignments across all departments. After graduating, they returned to Sherman & Howard as an Associate in the Business Department, where they developed experience in a wide range of corporate transactional matters. In 2010, they became General Counsel and Senior Counsel at New Frontier Media, where they were mainly tasked with assisting NOOF's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lightning Entertainment Group, Inc. In 2016, they joined Epsilon as Director, Legal Counsel. In 2018, they became Chief Legal Officer at Hosting.Com, Inc. and in 2019 they were appointed Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Sphero.

AnaLisa Valle began their educational journey at Centaurus High School, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. AnaLisa then moved on to the University of Michigan, where they obtained their B.A. in Theirtory & English Literature in 2000. Finally, they attended the University of Colorado, graduating with a J.D. in 2003.
