Owen Schilling MBA has a wealth of experience in the business and marketing fields. Owen began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Specialist at Absolute Performance, where they were responsible for Salesforce.com Administration and managing email marketing campaigns. In 2009, they began working as a Marketing Consultant for various companies, developing best practices and optimizing marketing/sales tactics and strategies. In 2013, they joined Aker Wade Power Technologies as a Sales Operations Manager & Sales Analyst, where they managed Lead Gen activities, user support, campaign analysis, email workflow configuration and reporting on the Pardot marketing automation platform. In 2018, they joined Sphero as a Sales Operations Analyst & Salesforce Admin, where they were responsible for building and provisioning CRM infrastructure, reducing and controlling Sales Ops expenses, and developing sales process optimization plans. In 2020, they moved to Respondus as a Sales Operations Analyst & Salesforce/Pardot Admin, where they were responsible for the effectiveness and continual optimization of the sales process. Finally, in 2022, they returned to Sphero as a Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce, responsible for monitoring system connections and integrations between the Shopify e-commerce platform, NetSuite ERP, Active Campaign Marketing Automation platform, and Salesforce CRM platform, as well as daily user support and issue resolution.

Owen Schilling has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Eastern New Mexico University, obtained between 2017 and 2020, with a major in Business Administration and Management. Owen also has a Bachelor's Degree from Regis University, obtained between 2004 and 2007, with an emphasis in Marketing. Finally, they have a Certified Rolfer from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
