The Board Governance team at Sphinx Organization is responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. This team establishes policies, monitors organizational performance, and supports the development of young Black and Latino classical musicians through effective governance and resource allocation. They work collaboratively to enhance the organization's mission and foster a nurturing environment for growth and creativity.
