Herman B. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Herman currently works as the Managing Director for SPI International, specifically overseeing Film1 & Filmbox. Prior to this role, they had a position in Marketing & Sales for Film1 & FilmBox. Herman also had entrepreneurial experience as the owner of ALBORNOZ.nl and BDJS.NL. Before that, they worked at FOX International Channels Benelux as an Affiliate Sales Manager and Trade Marketeer. Herman also worked as a Freelance Columnist for Sanoma, a Market Researcher and Project Leader for Qrius, and a Marketing Services Research Executive, Research Executive, and Interim Kids and Youth Expert for Viacom. Herman began their career as a part-time Research Executive for Qrius and a Service Center Agent for Alphyra.

Herman B. began their education by attending Bernardus Alfrink College from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained their Mavo degree. Herman then pursued further studies and enrolled at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2007, earning their BSc degree in Marketing management.
