In addition to their educational background, Richard Le Mons has obtained certifications in LEAN Certification from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina in 2011, Six Sigma Certification from Aon Consulting in 2005, HIPAA from Aon Consulting & Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina in 2002, Health / Accident / Sickness Agent from NC Department of Insurance in 2009, and Medicare Supplement / Long Term Care Agent from NC Department of Insurance in 2009.
