GP Gupta is a seasoned financial and strategic leader with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at SpiceJet Limited since March 2009. Previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at GoAir from February 2007 to February 2009, and prior to that was Vice President Finance at SpiceJet Limited from April 2001 to January 2007. GP Gupta's earlier roles include Financial Controller at Xerox and Sr. Manager Treasury at Modi Telstra Limited, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance from an early career as a Manager Accounts at Licensintorg & Company India Pvt. Ltd. and as an Articled Clerk / Team Leader at AK Mathur & Company. GP Gupta holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Graduation in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
