Richard Spicer

Richard Spicer is an experienced attorney and partner at Spicer Rudstrom, PLLC, since October 1995, with an AV rating and a focus on representing insurance companies, self-insured companies, and entities in serious litigation across multiple areas, including premises liability, product liability, and healthcare liability.
