Previously, Clark was a Client Director at Deloitte Australia, managing client relations and external audits while specializing in industries such as construction, commercial property, aerospace, and manufacturing. Prior experience includes an Audit Senior role at Baker Tilly, focusing on external audits for small and medium-sized enterprises. Michael Clark holds an ACA from ICAEW, a Diploma of Investor Relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association, and a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Law from The University of Manchester.
