Lisa Giblin is an experienced IT and business process manager with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the National Manager for IT Business Process and Development at Spicers Canada ULC since January 2014, Lisa oversees the Commercial Systems team, managing change requests for the ERP system and resource assignments for the IT ServiceDesk. Prior to this role, Lisa held several positions at PaperlinX, including Manager of North American HelpDesk and IT Helpdesk/User Support, where the focus was on managing helpdesk operations and developing user support systems. Lisa's earlier experience includes work as a Sales Administrator at PaperlinX and various managerial positions at CIBC, including Branch Manager and Risk Manager, where responsibilities included managing branches and implementing business processes across the Eastern GTA region.
