Dilruba Ahmed

Dilruba Ahmed started their professional career in 2006 as a Customer Trading Support at Sainsbury's. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Manager, HR at Windmill Group, where they managed HR policies, mainted HR database, and conducted staff appraisals. In 2013, they worked as an Assistant Manager, HR at Getco Online Limited and also moved to Chevron as an HR Administrator, where they facilitated staff contractor recruitment and renewal. Later at Chevron, they worked as an HR Analyst from 2015 till 2018, where they executed data entry, data maintenance, and reporting from the HR module. Since 2020, Dilruba Ahmed has been working as the Chief People Officer at Spider Digital.

Dilruba Ahmed completed their education at three different institutions. In 2001, they obtained their Secondary School Certificate in Science from Mohammadpur Preparatory & Girls High School. In 2003, they received a Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce from Dhaka City Collge. Lastly, in 2011, they earned a BA (HONS) in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, they obtained a Training of Trainers (TOT) certification from the International Finance Corporation in March 2011.
