Bayle Kirkland

Bayle Kirkland is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in program analysis, supply chain management, and military operations. Currently serving as a People First Task Force Program Analyst and SHARP Program Analyst at Spider Strategies since September 2019, Bayle previously worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Love's Travel Stops from January 2019 to September 2019. Bayle's military career with the US Army spanned from June 2015 to January 2019, holding positions such as Detachment Executive Officer, Maintenance Control Officer, and Maintenance Platoon Leader, where responsibilities included managing training operations, maintenance logistics, and leadership of personnel. Bayle holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 2014.
