Kat Tyler has worked in the IT industry since 2002. Kat began their career as a Clerk at Caliber Auto Transfer and then at CEVA Logistics in 2004. In 2015, they joined SpiderOak as a Junior DevOps Engineer. Kat then progressed to IT Manager and most recently Technical Support Engineer, where they provide support to users via email, resolving a variety of issues ranging from billing and connection problems to more complex tier 2 support escalations.
Kat Tyler received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Ottawa University in 2013. Kat then went on to pursue their Master's Degree in Library and Information Science at Emporia State University, which they completed in 2014.
