Dave Hrencecin

Dave Hrencecin has a diverse work experience which spans various roles in the finance industry. From 2016 onwards, they have worked at SpiderRock - Platform Services as a Quant Programmer. Prior to that, they were the Director of Quantitative Analysis at OptionsCity Software, Inc. from 2011 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Financial Engineer at QRM from 2007 to 2011. In 2007, they briefly worked as a Consultant at both OptionsCity Software, Inc. and TradeForecaster.com. Dave Hrencecin's early career was at DRW Trading, where they held the positions of Head of Quantitative Research from 2004 to 2007 and Quantitative Researcher from 2001 to 2004.

Dave Hrencecin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Penn State University from 1988 to 1992. Dave then pursued further education in Mathematics at the University of Cambridge from 1992 to 1993. Dave completed their Master of Science degree in Mathematics at the University of Arizona from 1993 to 1996. Dave later obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
