Kate Muldoon

Kate Muldoon has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kate started their career in 2007 as a Sales Specialist at Careerbuilder.com, where they were responsible for building partnerships and accounts in a new niche. In 2008, they joined The Scion Group as a Marketing and Leasing Manager, gaining experience in residential and commercial leasing and property management. Kate managed marketing, leasing activities, and staff for two properties. In 2011, Kate moved to Mintel as a Marketing Campaigns Manager, where they oversaw marketing campaigns for the company. Kate then joined Campus Advantage in 2008, where they worked as a Marketing and Leasing Manager, gaining experience in residential and commercial leasing and property management. At Campus Advantage, they managed marketing, leasing activities, and staff for two properties. Kate then joined Starwood Retail Partners LLC in 2014, starting as a Specialty Leasing & Partnership Marketing Coordinator before progressing to roles such as Lease Analyst and Leasing Associate. Kate recently joined SpiderRock in 2018 as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.

Kate Muldoon attended Saint Mary's College from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
