Sean Lyons

Sean Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Sean is currently working at SpiderRock as the Head of UI/UX Engineering since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Software Engineer from September 2021 to February 2023, and as a Software Engineer from June 2019 to September 2021 at the same company.

Before joining SpiderRock, Sean worked at Bengal Capital Trading from November 2014 to November 2018 as a Software Engineer. Their responsibilities included upgrading and maintaining a suite of proprietary applications, improving the performance of server-side applications, and enhancing the response time of real-time data analysis tools.

Sean also had a short stint as a Software Developer at Channel Clarity in September 2014.

Furthermore, their early career involved working as a LANSoft Consultant from August 2012 to May 2014 and as a Helpdesk Consultant from January 2012 to August 2012 at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Prior to their professional roles, Sean was the Owner of The Computer Medics of Glen Ellyn from June 2013 to April 2014, where they provided computer repair services. Sean also worked as a Computer Repair technician from March 2010 to June 2013 at the same company.
