Patricia Villard

Patricia Villard has extensive experience in IT talent acquisition and technical support management. Currently serving as an IT Talent Acquisition specialist at SPIE ICS since January 2022, responsibilities include defining needs with operational teams, sourcing profiles via CV databases and social media, conducting interviews, and managing candidate follow-up. Prior to this, Patricia held leadership positions at SPIE from August 2017 to February 2022, managing a ServiceDesk team in EMEA for the Groupe Seb, and earlier leading another ServiceDesk team for the client Adecco from June 2011 to April 2017. Key achievements involve optimizing service delivery, performance monitoring, client relationship management, and recruitment initiatives. Patricia holds a BTS in Secrétariat de Direction from Lycée de Presle.
