Steffi P. is the Head of People & Culture at SPIE ICS, where they lead a team of over 35 colleagues across various people functions. Previously, they served as HR Director for Germany & Italy and later for EMEA at PRYM, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple countries. Steffi's experience also includes significant roles at F. Hoffmann - La Roche and Roche Diagnostics, where they drove key HR projects focused on leadership effectiveness and diversity. They hold degrees in law with a focus on labor and social law from Freistaat Bayern and Universität Regensburg.
