They manage employee relations, oversee payroll and expatriate services, drive employer branding initiatives, and support leadership with strategic HR projects. By fostering a strong workplace culture and handling administrative functions, they enable the organization's 18,000 employees to focus on delivering top-notch technical services across their extensive network in Central Europe.
