Char Hart

Char Hart is an experienced marketing project manager currently employed at SPIE since September 2011, overseeing marketing management within the Events Department and promoting SPIE conferences on national and international levels. Prior to this role, Char Hart operated Hart Creative as a graphic design consultant from January 2000 to August 2011, showcasing skills in graphic design, art direction, and client relations. As the creative director and partner at Wright, Hart & Mather, LLC from January 1994 to January 2000, responsibilities included client relations and the production of visual and written content. Char Hart's career began with the establishment of a design business, Hart Design, from January 1985 to January 1994, managing all aspects of operations, and with experience as a design consultant at Weyerhaeuser Company Design Group. Char Hart earned a BA in Graphic Design from Central Washington University between 1980 and 1984.
