Nick Olivier has extensive experience in the procurement and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Procurement Manager and Cost Controller at Spier since January 2022. Previously, Nick held roles as Purchasing Manager at Marriott Hotels from July 2016 to October 2021 and Procurement Manager at Protea Hotels by Marriott® from June 2010 to July 2016. Early career highlights include positions as Restaurant Manager at both Jimmy the Fish and Black Bull Restaurant, along with a role as Club Manager at Nubar. Nick also acquired a Diploma of Education in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cape Town in late 2021 and holds a degree from the Culinary Arts Institute of Africa from 2004.
