Janus Helt has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as Group Sales Coordinator at Spies since 2004. Responsibilities include managing group travel sales through phone and email, collaborating closely with suppliers such as airlines and hotels, and actively participating in product development. Janus has a strong focus on customer relations, guiding clients from initial inquiries through to post-travel follow-up. Previously, Janus was a Sales Supporter, providing support for individual travel bookings and training staff on internal systems. Earlier career experience includes a customer service role at Bonnier Publications A/S. Janus holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Italian from Copenhagen Business School and has completed additional education at Køge Handelsskole and Køge Gymnasium.
