Liangwen Cao

Liangwen Cao has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. They worked at Spigot, Inc. as an Accounting Manager from March 2021 onwards. In this role, they managed the daily activities of the Accounting Department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and Treasury. They also oversaw the month-end general ledger close process and prepared internal financial statements and reports.

Before that, Liangwen worked at Spigot, Inc. as an Accounting Analyst from July 2017 to March 2021. In this position, they assisted in the preparation of monthly financial statements according to US GAAP. They also gathered and translated financial data from the parent company's reports for the US management team's review. Additionally, they prepared subsidiary financial reports for filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Liangwen also gained experience as a Financial Management Program Intern at MassMutual in December 2016 and January 2017. They worked as a Staff Accounting intern at IDEAFINANCE INCORPORATED from August 2014 to July 2015.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Taxpayer Receptionist at the State Administration of Taxation for a brief period in 2012. In this role, they assisted taxpayers with invoice-account opening/closing processes, registered taxpayer information, and conducted tax collection processes.

Liangwen's career began with an internship as an Accounting Intern at Lan Hai Jewelry, Inc. in June 2011, where they gained initial exposure to accounting practices.

Liangwen Cao's education history is as follows. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended DePaul University from 2012 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. From 2010 to 2012, they studied Accounting at Arizona State University, but did not obtain a degree from there. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Board of Accountancy - Missouri in March 2021.
