Sorana Stan has held a variety of positions in the technology and media industries. From 2013 to present, they have worked as a Software QA Specialist at Spigot, Inc., where they have been responsible for ensuring software testing before and after the product is released, using multiple Operating Systems & Browsers. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst at HP from 2011-2013, an Editor at Noriel Maxim Press from 2008-2011, an Assistant Project Manager at Ramboll Romania from 2008-2011, a Social/Educational &Jobs Editor at Realitatea-Catavencu from 2007-2008, and an Editor at ZAU! from 2005-2007.

Sorana Stan obtained their High School Diploma from Ion Neculce in 2004. Sorana then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Journalism and PR from Romania Jobs in 2008. Afterwards, they earned their Master's degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2010. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Front-end Web Development (HTML/CSS) - Beginners from BIT-Academy.
