Jane Colt

Jane Colt is the General Manager of People & Culture at Spiire since June 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Jane held multiple leadership roles at Target Australia from August 2014 to May 2022, including Head of Organisational Capability & Effectiveness and State HR Manager for Victoria. Prior to Target, Jane served as National Human Resource Manager at Protector Alsafe and Regional HR Manager at Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety. Additional roles include HR Director at STA Travel, HR Manager at Qantas, and various HR positions at the Australian Federal Police. Jane Colt holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management & International Business from Charles Sturt University.
