Annick Willems van Beveren

Annick Willems van Beveren is currently a Physician Assistant in opleiding in the Cardiologie department at Spijkenisse Medisch Centrum, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Pgb-zorgverlener at Meneer Zorg, providing support to a client with Down syndrome, and serving as a Medisch beeldvormings- en bestralingsdeskundige in Nuclear Medicine at both Erasmus MC and Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen, specializing in PET-CT and SPECT-CT imaging. Annick has contributed to scientific research, including an abstract on AI's impact on lung perfusion SPECT-CT segmentation analysis presented at EANM 2020, and has worked as a Research Assistant in the Quantitative Imaging Laboratory at UMCG. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Physician Assistant from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Health in Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy from Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen.
