James Fletcher

James Fletcher is currently a Project Manager at Spika Design and Manufacturing, Inc. Previously, James held various roles at NKC of America, Inc., including Mechanical Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer, where James worked on designing, constructing, installing, and servicing conveyor systems for automotive manufacturers. Prior to that, James worked as an Assistant Manager at Fletcher's Grocery, a family-owned convenience store. James graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
