Shakti Nayak has worked in various roles since 2010. Shakti began as a Research Scholar at IIT Roorkee in 2010 and then became a Visiting Researcher at IISER Kolkata in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of a Sr.Quantitative Analyst and then worked as a Consultant at D Capital, USA from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Spikewell.
Shakti Nayak completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 2010 and 2013.
