Lauren Whitfield

Lauren Whitfield has four years of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Grant Writer at Ripples Foundation. In 2020, they worked as an Executive Search Intern at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they conducted research for executive-level positions across Consumer, Industrial, Financial Services and Tech sectors across Europe. Lauren also conducted market research and found and assessed candidates, all conducted in French. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Lead at Chatterbox, an online language-learning platform for professionals, institutions and individuals, powered by refugee talent. Here, they assessed refugees and asylum seekers to be language coaches, as well as reaching out to organisations to partner with them. Currently, they are working as an Operations Associate at Spill since 2022.

Lauren Whitfield attended Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School from 2010 to 2017, where they earned A-Levels. Lauren then went on to the University of Cambridge from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a BA in History and Modern Languages with a focus on French. In 2019 and 2020, they also studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne as part of an Erasmus program, focusing on History.
