The leadership team at Spill has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields. A few notable companies they have worked for include Bain & Company, Unilever, Capdesk, and Perkbox. They have also worked as freelance brand strategists and analysts. Their educational backgrounds are just as varied, with degrees in History and German from the University of Oxford, Marketing from the University of Portsmouth, and Information Management from UCL.
