Bryan Neft

Bryan Neft is a seasoned civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in commercial, shareholder, real property, product liability, and healthcare litigation, currently serving as a Member at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC since August 2017. Prior to this role, Bryan was a Partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP, where expertise included contract disputes, antitrust issues, trade secrets, and specialized bad faith litigation against insurance companies. Bryan's legal career also encompasses positions as an attorney at Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling and Bower, Greer & Panzarella, as well as tenure at Frankovitch, Anetakis, Colantonio & Simon, with a broad focus on various aspects of litigation. Bryan began their legal journey as a law clerk for the President Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and has held roles in other law firms and courts. Educationally, Bryan holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
