Julian Neiser

Julian Neiser is an experienced litigator with a focus on complex commercial, construction, insurance coverage, and intellectual property litigation. Since May 2016, Julian has served as a Member and Vice Chair of Litigation at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC, where Julian also co-chairs the construction section. Julian has considerable expertise in contract negotiations, private arbitration, and trials in both state and federal courts, bolstered by past roles as General Counsel and Director of Business Development at The Rhodes Group, and as Owner of Neiser & Associates. In addition to legal practice, Julian is an adjunct professor at Duquesne University School of Law, instructing in the Trial Advocacy department. Julian's educational foundation includes a Juris Doctor from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
