Nicholas Mooney

Nicholas Mooney serves as the Banking & Finance Group Leader for North America at World Services Group since March 2021 and has been a member of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC since June 2005, focusing on managing consumer finance civil actions, representing clients in trials, and advising on compliance matters. Previously, Nicholas held the position of President at the Kanawha County Bar Association from 2002 to May 2011 and worked as an attorney at Allen Guthrie McHugh & Thomas from 1996 to 2005. Nicholas Mooney holds a JD in Law from West Virginia University College of Law and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Marshall University, complemented by a diploma from Huntington East High School.
