Cherisse D'Souza

Cherisse D'Souza is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience in leading Project Management Offices across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at LCBO since August 2023, Cherisse is responsible for developing PMO strategies and overseeing technology upgrade initiatives. Prior to this role, Cherisse excelled at MNP Digital as the Director of the National PMO, where a focus on client-tailored program management frameworks was emphasized. Cherisse held leadership positions at Norbord, Rogers Media, TD, and Bell Média, managing diverse project portfolios and driving organizational change management initiatives. Cherisse holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ryerson University.
