Christi Strauss

Christi Strauss is a corporate director and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a General Mills joint venture with Nestlé, a position she held from 2006 to 2012. During her time with CPW, she was responsible for a $2 billion global cereal business distributing to more than 140 countries outside of North America. Ms. Strauss joined General Mills in 1986 and held a variety of progressive marketing roles prior to moving to Canada in 1996, to become the President of General Mills Canada, a position she held until 2006.

Ms. Strauss obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College. She currently serves as Board Chair of Social Venture Partners Minnesota. She is also on the board of Health Builders International, a non-profit based in Rwanda, and chairs its Governance and Development Committees. She previously held board roles for both George Weston Limited and YPO International.

Christi Strauss is an Independent Director.
