Cindy Niu is a seasoned professional in corporate real estate and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities at Spin Master since January 2023. Previously, Cindy held the position of Head of Business Development at Berkeley Group Plc, where management of operations in Beijing led to significant market expansion. Prior experience at JLL spanned various roles including National Director of International Property Services and Local Director of Corporate Real Estate Services, where Cindy established dedicated teams and streamlined processes while effectively managing multinational clients' lease portfolios.
