Keri Cappiello

Keri Cappiello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and program management. They began their career in finance and analysis with CIBC World Markets, followed by roles in management at The Thomson Corporation and The Randy Cappiello Foundation. Keri has held significant positions at Melissa & Doug, where they served as Operations Manager and Logistics Manager from 2013 to 2025. Currently, Keri is a Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Spin Master, leading efforts in operational excellence across the Global Order-to-Cash process. They hold a BA in Psychology from Boston University and an education from NYU Stern School of Business.
