Martha Ferrante

Martha Ferrante, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of Global Benefits at Spin Master, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Martha was the Head of Total Rewards at Melissa & Doug from August 2020 to June 2025, following tenure as Director of Payroll & Benefits at vineyard vines and Director of HRIS & Payroll at SI Group. Martha's earlier experience includes corporate human resources leadership at Addivant USA, Cotiviti, CTM Media Group, Thomson Reuters, and Softchoice. Expertise encompasses global benefits management, HRIS systems, employee engagement processes, and compliance programs, with a solid track record of HR transformation and cost-saving initiatives. Martha holds a BS in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut.
