Sameer Chanana

Sameer Chanana, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Finance for the Entertainment Division at Spin Master since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sameer held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Finance and Technology and Vice President of Finance and Retail Sales at Browne from July 2017 to May 2023, where major contributions included launching a new division and leading the company through challenging pandemic-driven revenue declines. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance at Entertainment One, where financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, and as Regional Finance Manager at Schindler Elevator Corporation, achieving significant account reconciliations. Sameer also worked as Controller at TGO Consulting Inc. and as a Senior Business Analyst at Accenture, focusing on team productivity and financial analysis.
