Alex von Lersner has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Beginning in 2010, Alex worked as the Marketing Director for Renegade State Records, where they led marketing activities, designed campaigns, and hosted artist showcase events. In 2012, they became the Manager of Marketing & Sales Operations at Red Hills Motion Picture Releasing Company, LLC, involved in marketing independent films and documentaries through social media platforms. From 2013 to 2018, Alex worked at Universal Music Group, first as a Financial Analyst and later as a Sales & Business Analyst. During this time, they gained experience in analyzing sales and financial data. In 2013, Alex also briefly worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Crowd Surf, managing online properties for music artists. In 2018, they joined REPS & Co. as a Senior Manager, overseeing market analysis and sales operations. In this role, they managed teams, developed monetization strategies, and analyzed consumer insights. The following year, Alex moved to The HydraFacial Company, working as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations. They then joined Automattic in 2021 as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations before becoming the Director of Sales Operations at Spin.AI in 2023.
Alex von Lersner holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from the Florida State University - College of Business. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Advanced Google Analytics from Google in April 2020.
