Emma Caudwell

Emma Caudwell has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Emma currently holds the position of Senior HR Consultant at Spinach Ventures starting from January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nationwide Building Society from November 2013 to August 2017. Emma also worked as an HR BP Manager at EDF Energy from January 2013 to October 2013. Earlier in their career, Emma held HR Business Partner roles at Optimized Systems & Solutions from March 2011 to December 2012, at Rolls Royce from 2008 to March 2011, at TLT Solicitors from 2007 to 2008, at Virgin Mobile in 2007, at WHSmith from 2004 to 2006, and at Kennet and North Wiltshire PCT from 2002 to 2004. Emma started their HR career as an HR Officer at Kennet District Council in 2000.

Emma Caudwell pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Swansea University. Emma attended this school from 1996 to 1999. Emma then furthered their studies at the University of the West of England, where they obtained a Master's degree (MA) in HR Management. Emma completed this program from 1999 to 2000.
