Jason Cochran

Jason Cochran serves as the Vice President of Education and Training at Spinal Simplicity since January 2025. Previously, Jason Cochran held various leadership roles at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., including Vice President of Global Marketing for Merit Spine & Biopsy and Senior Director of Training and Education from July 2017 to January 2025. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Professional Education at Benvenue Medical (January 2014 - June 2017) and Senior Manager of Medical Education at Medtronic/Kyphon (January 2005 - January 2014), where significant contributions were made to physician education and the development of an innovative web-based education platform. Earlier in career, Jason Cochran successfully expanded sales territory by 412% at HealthTronics, Inc. and earned accolades such as Rookie of the Year and President’s Club. Jason Cochran’s foundational experience includes service as a Flight Medic in the US Army from August 1994 to October 2001. Jason Cochran earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
