Roger Yapp

Roger has a distinguished career in the medical device field with 25 years of experience with early-stage orthopedics and spine organizations. Roger worked for NuVasive for 8 years, ultimately serving as the Senior VP of Sales. During his career with NuVasive, Roger was responsible for significantly driving the adoption of the XLIF procedure and revenue within his area. Roger was also involved with Kyphon in varying roles, from the launch of Kyphoplasty until the sale to Medtronic.

Roger brings a wealth of experience to Spinal Simplicity through his longstanding physician and distributor relationships, experience in driving new procedures to market, and his strong knowledge of the spine industry.
