SPINCO
Lindsay Braun is a Registered Practical Nurse at Trillium Health Partners, specializing in inpatient oncology and palliative care since December 2021. Lindsay has also served as a Spin Instructor at SPINCO since August 2020 and held the position of Pandemic Support Assistant at Halton Healthcare from June 2020 to January 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Wings Team Member at Red Bull, a Hostess at Sidedoor Contemporary Kitchen and Bar, and an intern focusing on health promotion and chronic disease management at Sandy Hill Community Health Centre. Lindsay began a career in dance as a Dance Instructor at the University of Ottawa Sports Services and worked as a server with ClubLink. Academic qualifications include an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, with additional education at Mohawk College and the University of Toronto.

Our studio institutes the principles of health and wellbeing through a variety of full body workouts with the use of stationary bicycles. Whether you are a first time spinner or professional to advanced cyclist, our service ensures both fitness & lifestyle short and long term gains. We ride to the beat of the music in unity, and add in upper body weights to make up a 50 minute full body workout. Our goal is to inspire creativity through what we create, and what we create is for you to share!
