Justyne Gurley

Justyne Gurley is a background designer and painter with experience in the animated series "Helluva Boss" and "Hazbin Hotel." Currently employed at SpindleHorse Toons since December 2020, Justyne has contributed to multiple episodes of "Helluva Boss," focusing on layout design based on storyboards and visual aesthetics of the show. In addition, Justyne worked on the season 1 finale of "Hazbin Hotel," utilizing the style guide to create background layouts and paintings. Recently, Justyne served as the lead background designer for the animated music video "La Mariposa" at Apeship Studios, collaborating closely with the art director to achieve the project's thematic vision. Justyne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Development from the Academy of Art University, obtained in 2023.
