Ted Matwijec

Ted Matwijec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, sales, and decision science. Currently serving as a Shareholder/Partner at Spindox since March 2020, Ted specializes in AI, simulation, optimization, and demand forecasting solutions. Previously, at Paragon Decision Science, Ted co-owned the company and led a skilled team on projects for over 1,000 customers across various industries. As Managing Director at ACT-Operations Research from 2013 to 2020, Ted oversaw global operations focused on software products for sales and operational planning, achieving significant cost savings for clients. Ted held key roles at Rockwell Software and Systems Modeling Corp, where responsibilities included international sales management and marketing operations. Ted's career began at Westinghouse Electric as a Senior Marketing Engineer in the nuclear power sector. Ted holds an MBA in Finance from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University.
