Jocelyn Cook

Jocelyn Cook has been working in the financial and accounting field since 2005. Jocelyn began their career at the University of Oklahoma as a Compliance and Account Specialist in Bursar Services. In this role, they were the primary Payment Card Industry Internal Security Assessor (PCI ISA) and assisted IT Security in writing, establishing, and maintaining university policy regarding PCI DSS. In 2012, they moved to CPSGG University of Oklahoma as an Account & Budget Representative III, where they were responsible for reconciliation of Oklahoma state accounts, undergraduate and graduate scholarships, and graduate assistant funding. In 2017, they began working at Jimmie Austin OU Golf Course as a Financial Analysts & Accounting Manager and Manager Accounting Financial Reporting. In this role, they were responsible for reconciliation of all club operations accounts, daily sales reporting, and supervising a staff responsible for financial accounting, administrative, and information records functions. In 2022, they began working at Spine Media as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Jocelyn Cook completed their Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma between 1999 and 2005. Jocelyn also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and a Bachelor's degree in African-American/Black Studies from the same university. In addition, Cook has obtained several certifications, such as Certified Payment Card Industry Security Auditor, Certified Payment Card Industry Security Manager, Foundations for Effective Leadership, Foundations in Management, How to Handle Negativity, Bad Attitudes, and Toxic People in the Workplace, and Payment Card Industry Internal Security Assessor.
