Alexa Royston Do

Alexa Royston, DO, is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician currently serving as a Partner at Spine Team Texas since August 2020. Prior to this role, Alexa Royston completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UT Southwestern Medical Center from May 2016 to June 2020, where also served as a Transitional Year Intern. Alexa Royston earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from UNT Health Science Center in 2016 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Baylor University, obtained in 2012.
