Romain Domange

Romain Domange has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Romain started their career as a production trainee at Nestlé Skin Health in 1999, where they worked on production projects and implemented an automatic labeling machine. Romain then joined Sanofi, where they held various roles such as quality product manager and production deputy, managing teams and ensuring product quality. In 2003, they joined Novo Nordisk, where they served as an operational manager, project manager, and quality assurance senior manager. Romain was responsible for managing aseptic manufacturing operations, implementing lean process management, and overseeing quality assurance. After leaving Novo Nordisk, Romain worked at Allergan as a quality plant senior manager, where they managed a sterile manufacturing plant and a team of managers and engineers. Most recently, they joined SPINEART, initially as a quality product director and currently as the VP Global Quality Product. Overall, Romain has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, production management, and process improvement throughout their career.

Romain DOMANGE obtained their PhD from Université de Bordeaux between 1993 and 1999. Romain then pursued a postgraduate degree in Quality Control at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 1999 to 2000. From 2003 to 2014, Romain DOMANGE participated in annual training sessions in management and English. In 2006, they underwent internal training by Novo-nordisk specialist, focusing on Lean manufacturing.
